Home Inspections

Selling or Buying
Selling or Buying

Be it a Pre-Sale/Listing Inspection or a Buyer’s Inspection, the only difference is the customer for whom the inspection is being conducted and when in the sales transaction the inspection is performed.  The scope of the inspection is the same; both are an examination, providing valuable knowledge to the functionality of all major systems and components of the house.

Our “FULL” home inspections include……

  • roof, vents, flashings and trim;
  • gutters and downspouts;
  • skylight, chimney, and other roof penetrations;
  • decks, stoops, porches, walkways and railings;
  • eaves, soffits and fascia;
  • grading and drainage;
  • basement, foundation and crawlspace;
  • water penetration and foundation movement;
  • heating and cooling systems;
  • main water shut-off valve;
  • water heating system;
  • interior plumbing fixtures and faucets;
  • drainage sump pumps with accessible floats;
  • electrical service line and meter box;
  • main disconnect and service amperage;
  • electrical panel(s), breakers and fuses;
  • grounding and bonding;
  • GFCIs and AFCIs;
  • fireplace damper door and hearth;
